Items Excluded from Compensation
Proper packaging is crucial for safe delivery. If items are inadequately packed or fall into the exclusion categories below, standard or enhanced compensation cover will be invalidated in the event of loss or damage.
What IS Covered
Valid claims are settled at the lowest of the cost/sale price up to the selected compensation limit. Postage refunds and VAT reimbursement apply in valid loss cases.
What IS NOT Covered
Indirect or consequential losses, labor fees, delay damages, and postage costs for damaged items are strictly excluded across all services.

Inherently Fragile Items & Packaging
These items can be shipped at your own risk for loss, but no compensation will be paid for damage in transit due to their fragile nature.
